Physical Sculptures

100%! All our sculptures are made of original materials. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them forever.

All of our sculptures are handcrafted by artisans living in Southeast Asia.

We purchase our materials locally. We can assure that our stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced.

Shipping

If you live in any of the major cities, we will deliver to you. Our items might take longer to get to you if you live in isolated regions, but they will get there.

1) Ground: (14-30 days)

2) Expedited (5-8 days)

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at fehu@fehulayer.xyz and we will let you know where your package is.

Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your items haven’t shipped yet. Please email us at fehu@fehulayer.xyz.

You are not alone! We’ve tested our phygitals and while it should be totally safe for you to use, we cannot guarantee our phygitals will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return only broken units within 11 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at fehu@fehulayer.xyz.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will replace the items. However, please note that we will not reimburse any shipping charges you paid.

Replacement will take anywhere between 90-120 business days.

Billing

We accept Bitcoin $BTC.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.

We only accept one redemption code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your code(s) in the future.
